Unable to send pictures attached to MMS

I have a Nexus One. Ever since the Froyo update, I am unable to send pictures attached to an MMS. I have used both Hancent to compress the photos and the standard MMS. It just hangs on "sending." My husband who has the same phone and carrier (T-mobile) has the same issues.

I have also reviewed the APN settings using what was outlined in other posts. Is anyone else having this issue? Any advice?
