I am a new Android user, just switched from BlackBerry less than a week ago. My only dissapointment and it a deal breaker for me is that my 2003 Microsoft Exchange emails only display on my HTC Droid Incredible in "plain text". The HTML format is not an option. What frustrates me is that the technology clearly exists to allow Exchange (using Exchange Server 2003) to display HTML. iPhone, iPod Touch and BlackBerry - displays HTML beautifully from the 2003 Microsoft Exchange. Why can't Android do the same?

It would be nice to know that a solution is being worked on. I just got my HTC Droid Incredible less than a week ago. If I knew a solution was in the works, I would be perfectly happy to wait it out. I did download TouchDown from the Droid Marketplace however I ended up with numerous duplicate contacts in my phone's phonebook. When I would link them together, it would just create another duplicate when the phone did an automatic sync with the exchange server so TouchDown is not an option. Does anyone know if there will be a solution anytime soon or is this something that we need to live with if we have an android OS phone?
