I recently purchased a SmartQ V7. Using the Android system (1.6 donut) I have been able to connect through 802.11g Wi-Fi to various hot spots, including the wireless router in my home. Last week, the unit suddenly became unable to connect. At first, it would display the message that it is acquiring an IP address from the host, but fail with an "Unsuccessful" message. More recently, it indicates that it is "Unable to scan for networks." Using Linux or WinCE, I can connect to the same hosts that Android cannot access, so it apparently is not a hardware problem. Does any one have any idea what's going on?
